Technical Assistance Resources

The Napa Sonoma Collaborative began in 2021 through Regional Early Action Planning (REAP) funding to help jurisdictions get their 6th Cycle Housing Elements certified by the State Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD). The Napa Sonoma Collaborative was the first collaborative with 100% certification of its jurisdictions’ Housing Elements.

After Housing Elements were certified by HCD, REAP 2 funding was awarded to collaboratives to help jurisdictions implement their Housing Elements. This site is an attempt to aggregate public technical assistance to support jurisdictions as they continue to implement their Housing Elements.
