Fair Housing Assessment & Equity Working Group

The Equity Working Group (EWG) is an advisory group organized by the Napa Sonoma Collaborative to provide a direct connection between underserved communities, trusted community partners, and jurisdictional representatives in Napa & Sonoma Counties. Feedback from the EWG will directly inform the Housing Element Update process currently underway within the Napa Sonoma County region in the form of direct feedback and a report on the key findings from the EWG. The EWG does not and will not replace the existing public participation process, rather, it provides an additional layer of participation for traditionally underrepresented groups to provide direct feedback to the member jurisdictions of the Napa Sonoma Collaborative (NSC).

Members of the EWG are nominated to serve by the member jurisdictions of the Napa Sonoma Collaborative. The EWG convened from January 2022 to March 2022 for a total of six sessions.
